First I had to crop the background of both the polar bear and the skeleton. Then I placed them on top of the selected background

I selected the sky of the background and saved that selection. I searched for a different sky and using the saved selection I cropped it and placed it as part of the background.

I searched for another sky, this time a little darker and placed it as the reflect in the water. After that using a blending modes I blended it so it looks as part of the water.

I added a logo of a environmental foundation and edited the logo so it works with my composition.

At the end I used the color overlay to make the logo white. I added a shadow to the logo to make it pop up a little more.
